Europe / EU-27
The single market itself: 27 countries served from the Mainz hub. Import entity, customs, compliance, distribution – and, for consumer goods, the retail listing.
DE · EN · ES · PTWhich market, in what order, on what model – we settle that first. Then we clear away what ties up time and capital: entity, customs, warehouse, regulation and the months until the first paying customer.
Which way are you going?
You come from Latin America, Switzerland or another market outside the EU and want to sell in Europe. You need an entity that places goods on the market, a customs route, a warehouse and someone who takes care of it within the EU legal framework.
You sit in Europe and want to go to Switzerland, Brazil or further. The same questions in reverse: who imports, who takes care of things locally, who sells.
Where we work today

DE · EN · ES · PTFrom Mexico through Central America and the Andean states to Mercosur and Chile. Most of the region is linked to the EU by trade agreement; we have our own contacts in Spanish and Portuguese.
ES · PT · EN · DEA customs territory of its own, right in the middle of Europe: a real border in both directions. Clearance, VAT liability above CHF 100,000, preferential proof of origin.

as neededThree markets where platform and sales operation are in place today. Where we are not yet, we say so – and assess in the introductory call what would hold.
Where the road leads
We work both ways: into Europe and out of Europe. That holds for Latin America exactly as it holds for Switzerland – the same platform, the same six modules, only the direction changes.
Your product comes from Mexico, Brazil or Colombia and is meant to sell in the EU. We take on placing it on the market, import, warehousing and – for consumer goods – the retail listing.
You manufacture in Europe and want to ship to Latin America. We handle import, register you for tax, warehouse locally and build the sales operation until your team takes over.
The EU has concluded trade agreements with most of Latin America. For you that means the customs route is settled before you walk it. What then decides the outcome is no longer market access as such, but who keeps the proof of origin correctly.
As of October 2026. Sources: European Commission, Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs Union; European Parliament, study on EU–Latin America trade relations. Taken together, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Ecuador account for well over 80 per cent of Latin America's economic output.
Swiss manufacturers into the EU single market. Clearance, proof of origin, Responsible Person under the GPSR and warehousing in Mainz – without your own EU entity.
European manufacturers into Switzerland. Import via Passar, VAT registration with fiscal representation, warehousing and distribution in the country.
Switzerland is the most underestimated market on this list. It sits in the middle of Europe, speaks German and is two hours away – and in customs terms it stands on its own: its own border, its own declaration, its own VAT. Exactly that gap between felt proximity and actual border costs most companies their first shipment.

Six building sites
Legal form, registration, management and ongoing administration in the destination country.
Import clearance, proofs of origin, registrations, preferential proofs – in both directions.
Placing on the market, a responsible person on the ground, product and packaging law, certifications.
Space, staff, stock control, delivery – across 27 EU states or in the target market.
Taking back, inspection, restocking, repair, spare parts supply.
Capital tied up for months – long before the first revenue.
Many companies invest large sums before they win their first customer in a new market.
Market-as-a-Service
Everything in the previous section already exists – with us and with our partners on the ground. You use it instead of building it. Which modules you need is decided by the market analysis, not by a catalogue.
You deliver to our entity. Placing the goods on the market runs through us – with us as the responsible person.
We handle declaration, proofs of origin and duties. Your goods arrive without you needing a customs account of your own.
Storage at the Mainz hub for Europe, with partners in the target market for the other direction. Stock visible at any time.
Delivery to 27 EU countries from the first shipment. Reference figure: more than 100 shipments a week.
Returns, inspection, repair, spare parts – on the ground, in your customer's language.
On request, customer acquisition too: positioning, material, first deals. For consumer goods, the road to the shelf – listing, field sales force and in-store activation through our sales agency iSolutions.

Two markets in detail
The EU–Mercosur interim agreement has been provisionally applied since 1 May 2026. Your goods can enter the EU duty-free if origin is proven – through a statement on origin or a specific certificate of origin, under code U126 in the German ATLAS system. Old supplier's declarations do not automatically carry over; above EUR 6,000 in goods value you need a REX registration. It sounds like paperwork. It is the difference between duty-free and full duty.
Switzerland belongs to neither the EU nor the EEA. A real customs border lies between them, in each direction: declaration, import duties, preferential proof for duty-free treatment. Swiss exports run through Passar, the system of the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security. Anyone delivering into Switzerland from abroad becomes liable for VAT above CHF 100,000 in annual turnover and needs fiscal representation in the country – standard rate 8.1 per cent.

What happens in thirty minutes
Product, direction, target market, experience so far.
What your segment realistically offers in that market.
Which of the six modules you need, and in what order.
An order of magnitude, not a quotation.
And a clear answer on whether we are the right partner.
A realistic entry scenario, an indicative cost frame, a clear yes or no. Nothing to prepare.
Answered briefly
Market-as-a-Service means you rent the market instead of building it. Entity, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution, service and sales already exist at AugurPro – you pay for use instead of setup, and carry no fixed costs before the first revenue.
Weeks instead of months. Building it yourself, with company formation, warehouse and staff, takes twelve to eighteen months in our experience. Over AugurPro's existing platform you deliver to all 27 EU countries from the first shipment.
No. Our import entity places your goods on the EU market and takes on the role of the responsible person under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). A company of your own, a customs account of your own and an establishment of your own are not needed.
The preferential proof documents the origin of your goods and decides whether they are imported duty-free or at the full duty rate. Under the Mercosur agreement it runs through a statement on origin or a specific certificate of origin, in the German ATLAS system under code U126; above EUR 6,000 in goods value a REX registration is required. This proof is where most first shipments fail.
Most of the region. Linked by agreement are Mexico, Chile, the Andean Community with Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, Central America with Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama, Mercosur with Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay, and the CARIFORUM states of the Caribbean. Without a comprehensive agreement are essentially Bolivia, Venezuela and Cuba.
Together around 1.12 billion consumers. Counting Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Ecuador covers well over 80 per cent of Latin America's economic output – and practically all of those economies have preferential trade access to the EU.
Yes, in both directions. Inbound we bring manufacturers from outside the EU into the single market; outbound we bring European manufacturers into their target market – with import, tax registration, warehousing and a sales build-up on the ground.
Switzerland is a member of neither the EU nor the EEA. A real customs border lies between it and the EU, in each direction – with declaration, import duties and a preferential proof for duty-free treatment. Import runs through Passar, the system of the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security. Goods are duty-free only with a preferential proof of origin under the EU–Switzerland free trade agreement.
Yes. AugurPro works in both directions – for Latin America as for Switzerland. Into Europe we bring manufacturers from outside the EU into the single market; out of Europe we bring European manufacturers into their target market. It is the same platform and the same six modules, only the direction changes.
Nothing to prepare, nothing to commit to. You describe your situation, we tell you whether we are the right partner for it – and if we are not, who is. You hear back within 48 hours.
